Ernest Haeckel was an artist who created beautiful and detailed drawings of marine animals a long time ago. These drawings show different animals like jellyfish, sea urchins, and plankton. His drawings were very detailed and accurate, which is helpful when creating sculptures of these animals. I am currently working on an abstract sculpture project that includes sea creatures, looking at Haeckel's work gives me inspiration and ideas to create my own unique sculptures. By studying Haeckel's work, I can also learn more about the different shapes and structures of marine animals, which can help me make my sculptures look more realistic. I can study his drawings and use patterns, lines and shapes to create my own works.
